Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed with KC Love within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Book Shipping: Copies of The Mercury Series ($15.99) are subject to standard flat-rate media or parcel shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you require international shipping for our merchandise or books, please contact us directly at bstyles@iconholdingsgroup.com to discuss available options and rates.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your KC Love gear and The Mercury Series books. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Apparel (T-Shirts, etc.): Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Accessories (Mugs, Tote Bags): Must be unused and returned in original protective packaging.

Books: Must be returned in pristine, unread condition without bent pages or spine creases.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at bstyles@iconholdingsgroup.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at bstyles@iconholdingsgroup.com with a photo of the damaged item so we can make it right.
